We are also running the Adult Skills Programme designed for 19-24 year olds, run over 8 weeks it gains the individual accredited qualifications from PHSE, Employability, Vocational (sector specific) and again we aim to find those who successfully complete the program apprenticeship/sustainable employment.

Currently we are running Foundation Learning Tier contracts designed for 16-18 year olds - run over 22 weeks it gains the individual accredited qualifications from PHSE, Employability, Vocational (sector specific) and we aim to find all learners suitable apprenticeship provision/employment.

First courses for Warehousing and Storage; Sports and Fitness and Mechanics are running from 1 August, places limited but we have job opportunities for successful applicants after the 22 week program lined up

It has been an extremely busy year at Epoch; Our Response to Redundancy Adult contract was a great success; achieving accredited qualifications and sustainable work in various vocational sectors, we would like to take this opportunity to wish all our past students good luck with their future learning and training and we are only a phone call away should you need us.

As the educational year draws to a close we would like to advise that we are currently offering the following courses:

Warehousing and Storage

Caring for Children

Introduction to Hair and Beauty

Introduction to the Hospitality Industry

These are 10 week courses designed for 16-19 year olds. Offering accredited qualifications with excellent progression opportunities to individuals who complete the course.

Courses will commence within the next two weeks, therefore, should you be interested or know of anyone who would find these courses beneficial it is imperative that they contact us as soon as possible.

As of August 2011 full Foundation Learning Courses will be offered in a variety of vocational areas’ again these courses are designed for individuals aged 16-19.

Currently we have a waiting list in relation to our Adult Training and we will release further information pertaining to courses over the next few weeks.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank my staff for their continuing hard work and dedication throughout the past year and congratulate them all on a wonderful job done!

EPOCH have recently renewed our two ticks disability award with the Job Centre

Currently we are working towards further SFA Contracts and Welfare to Work contracts.

In December 2010 EPOCH were given a Grade 1 in our Audit in relation to our Response to Redundancy Contract.
